About Me and The Studio

I started my own fitness journey when I was around 16 years old. I was on a strict, boring and basic diet, as well as exercising regularly. It became tiresome and almost like a chore.

As I got older, and after years of dieting, I felt that there must be another way, and that’s what encouraged me to become a personal trainer as I realised that to live a healthy lifestyle, it doesn’t have to be boring. It doesn’t have to be a chore. It doesn’t have to be restrictive, and I wanted to help people understand this when starting their own fitness journeys.

When I started to eat and exercise this way to maintain a healthy lifestyle, it became more fun and enjoyable. Especially when i push myself to start challenges. I ran in the 2016 London Marathon which is one of the hardest and challenging, yet rewarding and most positive things I have ever done.

After years of freelance personal training in commercial gyms, I realised that some clients needed privacy and a less intimidating surrounding to help start their journey. I have created a space that makes people feel comfortable in a completely non judgemental zone. It is an area where 1-2-1 personal training really does mean 1-2-1 with no distractions or interruptions, and where I can give the client my full attention for the best results.

The DK Training studio is equipped with a range of equipment that I have chosen myself, because I feel each piece of equipment benefits my clients of all abilities and helps them to complete their goals.

Packages

Here at DK Training, we make it really easy by providing packages that are available to book 12 weeks in advance.

The packages consist of nutrition plans, 1-2-1 personal training sessions as well as weekly check-ins via our personal mobile app.

It’s as simple as choosing the one that suits you and your needs best, however if there is something you might like to change, or feel only one session would suit you better, feel free to get in contact with me and I we’ll be able to discuss this further.
